What if companies could more clearly see and communicate with the people they served -- employees and customers alike?
That's our goal at Dexign. We are a consulting company that helps clients see what and, more importantly, who they’re missing on the path to transformation. Our mission exists in three parts:
How might we better communicate policy proposals and initiatives within and outside of organizations?
Public and private organizations thrive on good policy, and policy’s strength is dependent on clear and effective communication. The amount of noise in media makes communicating policy proposals difficult. That makes it difficult to mobilize people who might help improve and execute policy proposals. Our mission is to develop human-centered approaches to policy formulation and communication.
How might we make media that places human beings, rather than ads, at the center of the production process?
Media is an area ripe for innovation and change, but much of the work happening today is centered around how to get more "eyeballs”. Our mission is to grow awareness of bias in media — both in terms of how organizations choose to function and who gets to participate in media’s creation. We help people who make media to better reach and positively impact the lives of those who consume it.
How might we help people become leaders in their chosen profession?
Our mission is to help and inspire those who wish to become leaders within their organizations. This includes one-on-one and group leadership and professional development coaching.
